Jacqui Stone, Advisor
Jacqui is a Civil Engineer with international experience working in Australia and UK. In the UK Jacqui worked on several diverse projects for Transport for London in roles including Lead Project Engineer and Civil Engineer. Jacqui brings with her a unique skill set including experience in business cases, transaction, commercial, design management, project management, defects and handover, optioneering, flood studies, and procurement. Jacqui has also completed a Master of Science degree on Transport Engineering and Planning; for her dissertation she examined several intersections in London for safety and suitability for a new more pedestrianised intersection layout.
Iris Bienert, Advisor
Iris has international experience across several industry sectors, including transport, plant engineering and distribution, and water. She has expertise in providing commercial management services, including contract administration, claims and delay management, in addition to project management, operational works planning, program of works and quality management. Recently, Iris worked in project management roles on the contractor side for Sydney Trains on bridge refurbishment projects in Tempe and Civil works in Teralba, Pendle Hill and Westmead. She has also previously held roles which include Planning and Delivery Project Engineer for Civil Works on Sydney Metro South West Station Upgrades in Canterbury and Marrickville (combined value of $10M). Iris has a double degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management.
Ludwig Golzar, Advisor
Ludwig has experience in the delivery of transport infrastructure projects from design management to commissioning and handover. His experience includes the development and management of scope and program for technical advisors and design professional service providers and commissioning and hand over of rail infrastructure. Recently, Ludwig was part of the Design Management and Planning teams for the complex $3.9B WestConnex 3b - Rozelle Interchange project. Ludwig has recently completed an MBA at UTS, Majoring in Business Law and Finance.
