Duncan Binney, Associate
Duncan has over 8 years’ experience providing project development, procurement, delivery and commercial services on some of NSW’s most high-profile projects. Duncan has worked for a range of government and private clients in the transport, utilities and infrastructure sectors through the development and delivery phases of the project life-cycle. Duncan’s most recent work has included a long term engagement with WaterNSW where he is currently the Commercial Manager for the Assets Renewals and Replacements Program. Duncan is leading the commercial work stream (both pre-contracts and post-contract award) in the businesses transition to a new operating model. Before taking on this role Duncan supported WaterNSW in the development phase of a program of Drought and Water Security projects ranging from $20M to $250M, with an aggregate value of approximately $600M.
Previously, Duncan has worked on multiple stages of the WestConnex program of works including Stage 1B (M4 East) and Stage 3A (Main Tunnel Works) in the capacity of transaction management as well as commercial support, claims review and contract administration during the delivery phase.
Lisa Granqvist, Associate
Lisa has extensive experience in providing advisory services relating to due diligence, business processes, business transformation, capital and operational works planning, program of works, governance and environment. She has worked with both government and private organisations across several industry sectors, including electricity transmission and distribution, water resources and utilities, and transport. Lisa has played a key role as part of the technical advisor team for the technical due diligence of the Networks NSW Electricity Privatisation Process for NSW Treasury, a $20B+ energy asset transaction, as well as a key role in establishment of a new PMO and implementation of capital governance transformation initiatives at Ausgrid. Most recently she has been an environmental advisor for the Western Harbour Tunnel and Beaches Link Program, supporting the delivery of two environmental impact statements.
Luke Hughes, Associate
Luke has extensive advisory experience in the infrastructure and utilities sectors, including strategic PMO establishment, due diligence, regulatory support, governance, cost estimating, portfolio management and project delivery. Luke’s experience includes playing a key role in the Networks NSW Electricity privatisation process for NSW Treasury; a $20B+ energy asset transaction. Luke’s role involved detailed analysis and investigation into CAPEX and OPEX forecasts, review of project selection and prioritisation, business processes and controls, and business transformation. Recently he has also been involved in the establishment of a new PMO at Ausgrid focused on the efficient and effective delivery of capital and maintenance activities.
Maytas Sirivejchapun, Associate
Maytas is an experienced mega infrastructure professional with a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney. He possesses strong financial acumen, including first principal cost forecasting and negotiation capabilities with authorities and principal contractors. He has worked with government and multinational contractors, managing the development and delivery of complex infrastructure projects across various contract frameworks, including Design & Construct, Construct only, Alliance, PPP, and Stewardship. He has successfully navigated the commercial challenges that come with these.
He is a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with over 12 years of experience delivering NSW high profile mega projects. Working for Tier 1 contractors, Maytas has been involved in major projects in excess of $4b, such as NorthConnex, Pacific Highway Upgrade, Sydney Light Rail, and Inland Rail.
James Allsop, Associate
James is an Environmental Manager with 17 years’ experience. He has extensive experience working for Tier 1 construction companies across both road and rail infrastructure for government clients. During his career, James has developed a sound understanding of stakeholder interests. Most recently, James has led a team to provide environmental services for two packages of works on the Sydney metro with a cumulative value of $200 million
