Erin McCosker, Senior Consultant
 

Erin is a Senior Consultant with experience in the preparation of environmental documentation including environmental management plans, assessments and constructability reports for road infrastructure projects and commercial/social infrastructure developments. She also has experience in community consultation and stakeholder management. Erin provides these services to clients in both the private and government sectors. Erin is currently a PhD candidate at the Centre for Marine Bio-Innovation at the University of NSW.

Shania Van Cuylenburg, Senior Consultant
 

Shania is an experienced environmental management professional, having worked for Tier-1 companies on government projects across rail and pipeline sectors. Her project portfolio includes pipeline and rail projects spanning different state legislations and requirements, showcasing her adaptability and expertise in diverse regulatory environments. Shania has worked on multiple large infrastructure projects in NSW including Transport Access Program, More Trains More Services and Sydney Metro projects. She has experience in managing various environmental challenges, such as protected areas for endangered species, pipeline excavation through Potential Acid Sulfate Soils, vibration management, dewatering management and working through natural waterways. Shania’s experience extends to sustainability, notably managing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and Infrastructure Sustainability Council (ISC) ratings for previous projects.

Keeleigh Goldring, Senior Consultant
 

Keeleigh is a civil engineer with extensive experience in major infrastructure projects for Tier 1 contractors throughout Australia and the UK. Keeleigh’s expertise spans across energy, water, and transportation sectors. She has a robust background across the project lifecycle, including experience in project management, constructability, design management, and commercial administration. Keeleigh’s recent roles include pre-construction project management on the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone, and construction management of concrete structures in a live rail environment on High Speed 2 in the UK. Keeleigh has an integrated Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Exeter.

Jack Hickman, Senior Consultant
 

Jack is a civil engineer experienced in Design Management, Commercial Management, and Project Management across the transport sector. Jack has coordinated multi-disciplinary teams, including environmental, utilities, flooding, roads, drainage, strategic business cases.​ His most recent experience as an acting Package Manager in a Tier 1 Design Firm involved managing and reviewing all design documentation, managing the program, identifying and reducing project risks, managing quality assurance and project control processes. Additionally, Jack has expertise in project commercial management, covering qualification, creation, and delivery of variations, creation of project baselines, forecasts, business cases, and cost estimates. Jack has previously been involved in projects such as Wakehurst Parkway Concept Design, Warringah Freeway Upgrade and Coffs Harbour Bypass. Jack has a Master of Professional Engineering from the University of Sydney.
