Erin McCosker, Senior Consultant
 

Erin is a Senior Consultant with experience in the preparation of environmental documentation including environmental management plans, assessments and constructability reports for road infrastructure projects and commercial/social infrastructure developments. She also has experience in community consultation and stakeholder management. Erin provides these services to clients in both the private and government sectors. Erin is currently a PhD candidate at the Centre for Marine Bio-Innovation at the University of NSW.

Louise McAndrew, Senior Consultant
 

Louise is a civil and structural engineer with project management and design experience, across the rail infrastructure and buildings sectors. Louise achieved a scholarship through the Institution of Civil Engineers, ICE, to be sponsored throughout her undergraduate and master’s degree, with project placements, in partnership with a major construction company. Louise has recently worked on the £1.6bn HS2 Old Oak Common Station in London as Assistant Package Manager, where she managed works for various packages, undertaking planning and coordination between subcontractors, clients and external stakeholders. As part of this role, she also prepared and reviewed internal reports, including subcontractor documentation, and composed commercial instructions for upcoming package works. Louise has also previously worked on the £831M Crossrail, C512 Whitechapel Main Station Works in the UK, where she supervised and planned package works for handover to Crossrail, on the Shafts and Tunnels, and Demolition Team, for the new Elizabeth Line. Other projects include London Underground’s Victoria Station Upgrade Project, Kodak’s former headquarters, 65 Kingsway, and IBM building, Southbank, London.

Nick Berriman, Senior Consultant
 

Nick is an electrical engineer with experience in HV design, project execution, energy strategy and Renewable Energy Zone implementation. He has a strong background in data analytics, design and strategic consulting. Nick advised on the strategic development of all five NSW Renewable Energy Zones and was involved in the HV substations and transmission line design for both New England Renewable Energy Zone concept design and Central West Orana Renewable Energy Zone detailed design. His experience also includes secondments with both Essential Energy and AusNet where Nick led the development of feasibility studies for project pilots, considering financial, regulatory, and technical requirements in the planning phase.

Shania Van Cuylenburg, Senior Consultant
 

Shania is an experienced environmental management professional, having worked for Tier-1 companies on government projects across rail and pipeline sectors. Her project portfolio includes pipeline and rail projects spanning different state legislations and requirements, showcasing her adaptability and expertise in diverse regulatory environments. Shania has worked on multiple large infrastructure projects in NSW including Transport Access Program, More Trains More Services and Sydney Metro projects. She has experience in managing various environmental challenges, such as protected areas for endangered species, pipeline excavation through Potential Acid Sulfate Soils, vibration management, dewatering management and working through natural waterways. Shania’s experience extends to sustainability, notably managing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and Infrastructure Sustainability Council (ISC) ratings for previous projects.

Tania Ng, Senior Consultant
 

Tania is an engineering professional who has diverse experience across the building, rail and road sectors in various project stages and disciplines, having worked across project delivery, commercial, sustainability, safety, and planning and project control roles.

Her most recent experience was a Project Engineer at a Tier 1 Contractor at a live, major railway station which involved staging multiple seamless openings of the station to the public, stakeholder management, subcontractor management from design to delivery, procurement, and quality assurance.

Tania has a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.
