Andrew Doherty, Senior Associate
Andrew has over 24 years’ experience having worked across all of Australia with a strong Commercial Management focus from his background in Quantity Surveying. Andrew has worked in both property and infrastructure sectors, with particular strengths in Motorway Development, Social Infrastructure PPP, Data Centres, Defence and Tertiary Education. Andrew has driven the value agenda for clients by providing commercial advice from concept stage right through to the Defects Liability Period on many projects. Andrew has undertaken the roles of Commercial Manager, Financier’s Independent Engineer, Independent Certifier, Contract Administrator, Expert Witness and Project Controls and Governance Manager.
Michael Lesnie, Senior Associate
Michael has deep experience, with large, multidisciplinary industrial and infrastructure construction projects. In his career spanning across Australia, Netherlands and Jamaica, he has served government agencies, as well as international organisations and their global portfolios. Michael specialises in project system design, project readiness reviews, risk analysis, quantitative project analysis and benchmarking. Michael has helped clients identify and implement targeted project and portfolio performance improvement initiatives. Michael holds an MBA from the New York University. He is currently undertaking research into how benchmarking techniques can provide evidenced based insights into drivers of cost efficiency for large programs.
Tremayne Raper, Senior Associate
Tremayne has extensive experience in covering program and project delivery, procurement and formation of business cases, having delivered projects to both private and government clients. He specialises in managing complex issues that require significant detailed management, analytical, monitoring and consultation skills. He has worked across a number of sectors focusing on multi-disciplinary asset management and technology projects that include road, rail, airports, water and social infrastructure.
Lucy Smith, Senior Associate
Lucy is an Engineer with over 13 years’ experience. She has worked on several large infrastructure projects as a contractor, consultant and on the government client side. Lucy has worked as an Environmental Engineer on an open-cut coal mine in the Hunter Valley and also worked for 4 years as an Environmental Engineer on a major motorway infrastructure project in Sydney. As a consultant, Lucy has spent the last 4 years on infrastructure and mining projects assisting with the preparation and review of environmental documentation including environmental impact assessments, construction environmental management plans and compliance documentation. Recently Lucy has been on a secondment with Transport for NSW in the planning and environment team for the Western Harbour Tunnel and Beaches Link program, working on delivery of two large environmental impact statements. Lucy is able to assist clients with environmental management, planning, assessments and compliance, enabling them to meet their statutory obligations while minimising impacts on the environment and the community.
