Jack Hickman, Consultant
Jack is a civil engineer experienced in Design Management, Commercial Management, and Project Management across the transport sector. Jack has coordinated multi-disciplinary teams, including environmental, utilities, flooding, roads, drainage, strategic business cases.
His most recent experience as an acting Package Manager in a Tier 1 Design Firm involved managing and reviewing all design documentation, managing the program, identifying and reducing project risks, managing quality assurance and project control processes. Additionally, Jack has expertise in project commercial management, covering qualification, creation, and delivery of variations, creation of project baselines, forecasts, business cases, and cost estimates. Jack has previously been involved in projects such as Wakehurst Parkway Concept Design, Warringah Freeway Upgrade and Coffs Harbour Bypass. Jack has a Master of Professional Engineering from the University of Sydney.
Petra Quartullo, Consultant
Petra is an engineering consultant with extensive experience in Design Management, Project Management, and Sustainable Strategic Planning. With a robust background in both the design and construction industries, Petra has been instrumental in developing master plans for emerging cities, operational plans for airports, environmental strategies, and resource efficiency plans. She has also worked extensively on general airport development and design projects, ensuring that these infrastructures are not only functional but also sustainable. Petra has successfully coordinated multi-disciplinary teams, including experts in environmental science, utilities, flooding, roads, drainage, and strategic business cases. Her ability to lead diverse teams and integrate various disciplines has been key in the successful completion of numerous complex projects. She has a degree in Civil Engineering, specialising in sustainable infrastructure, and a degree in Commerce, majoring in Business Economics.
