Who we are
Qubist is a specialist advisory and project services firm which supports clients across utility and infrastructure sectors. We help organisations create greater value from their assets, projects, and investments through practical advice, trusted expertise, and flexible resourcing solutions.
Founded in 2018, Qubist was established by a team of experience professionals across construction, engineering consulting, and advisory services. Our team combines strategic thinking with real world delivery experience, enabling us to provide solutions that are commercially sound, technically robust and practical to implement.
What we do
Qubist helps clients navigate the commercial, technical, and governance challenges associated with planning, investing, delivering and operating infrastructure assets.
Working across energy, transport, water, and resources sectors, we provide advisory services and embedded project resources that support clients throughout the asset lifecycle. From shaping strategy and business cases through to procurement, project delivery, asset optimisation, and organisational capability, we help clients make informed decisions and deliver successful outcomes.
Our approach is grounded in practical experience. We understand the challenges faced by asset owners, operators, and delivery organisations because we have worked alongside them. This allows us to provide advice that is not only strategic but also actionable and focused on achieving measurable results.
