Fernando Tiglio
Principal & Director Fernando’s extensive career has spanned across Australia, Middle East and Latin America. He has held key positions for major multibillion (excess of 90 billion dollars), multidiscipline major projects and programs of work in utilities (networks, power, water and gas), mining, transport, telecommunications and hydrocarbons. Fernando is a strong leader who is customer and business oriented, and has fulfilled senior management roles with proven track record to bring together the key aspects of commercial, legal, finance, operations, engineering, construction and investment management worlds. Key projects Fernando has been involved in include due diligence and feasibility studies for multibillion pit to port iron ore and coal project; the privatisation of NSW electricity transmission and distribution assets; Westconnex development; and the NSW Country Rail contestability project.

Alexander Bye
Senior Associate Alex is a Chartered Professional Engineer with extensive experience in commercial advisory and construction management services, and providing engineering and technical support for major infrastructure projects. His experience includes working with multinational contractors, consultancies and government agencies across heavy rail, marine, road and tunnel projects. Alex recently held the role of Transaction Advisor for the $16B North East Link in Victoria for the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority, where he worked across commercial and technical teams to support the transaction process. He was also the Commercial Project Manager for the $2B M6 project. Other key projects include the Sea City Project, Kuwait; Silvergrass Road and Overpass Tunnel, WA; and the Roy Hill Rail Project, WA.

Bhumika Parmar
Senior Associate Bhumika is a commercial professional with 16 years of global experience, having worked in the transportation, defence, security, communications and asset management sectors, in the United Kingdom (UK), Hong Kong and Australia respectively. She has worked on both the contractor and client side, with experience in both the pre and post contract project phases. Bhumika holds a law degree, which uniquely positions her to navigate complex contractual matters, enabling effective resolution of disputes and has led the charge with settlement of high-profile disputes. Bhumika has gained considerable NEC experience during her work on major, and mega projects such as High Speed Two (HS2). She has led teams managing a portfolio of circa $7.22 billion, dealing with matters related to tunnelling, roads, utilities, civils construction, environmental and community engagement, mass haul, to name few. Her contributions range from leading management and reporting of commercial matters such as contract; claims, negotiation, change, cost, payment, risk, strategy and planning.

Chris Hatch
Principal Chris is a seasoned engineering and business professional with extensive experience in the electricity sector. During his career, Chris has led business units within major electrical businesses, including previously holding the role of Head of Asset Engineering Policies and Standards at Ausgrid. Chris has a deep understanding of end-to-end electrical asset infrastructure businesses operations, having had many years of experience working at all levels of business to achieve prudent and realistic outcomes that align with individual business objectives. This includes understanding the various types and levels of compliance and frameworks applied to Network Operators, and the embedment of Risk, Cost, and Performance into both strategic decision-making and operational requirements for a network operator. Chris specialises in implementing and embedding fit-for-purpose Asset Management frameworks into businesses that operate in regulated environments. Chris has an Executive MBA from the University of New South Wales.

Fareed Usmani
Associate Fareed Usmani is an Electrical Systems Engineer with extensive experience supporting the delivery and operation of major road and tunnel infrastructure projects across Sydney (namely West Connex M4, M8, 3A and Western Distributor Smart Motorway). He specialises in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), SCADA-based motorway management platforms, control system integration, and the testing, commissioning, and operational handover of safety-critical transport technologies. Fareed has worked across complex infrastructure environments, focusing on the integration of digital field assets such as traffic devices, cameras and high/low Voltage technologies. His experience spans the full project lifecycle, including requirements development, design support, verification activities, and operational validation. Fareed has collaborated closely with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and government stakeholders to deliver reliable and sustainable outcomes. He also contributes to the development of maintenance concepts and operational requirements that support effective infrastructure management.

Germán Fumis
Executive Consultant Germán is an accomplished IT and engineering leader with broad expertise delivering digital transformation and asset management initiatives for large public and private organizations with a special focus on healthcare. Leveraging PMP and Scaled Agile certifications, he has led major programs encompassing solution implementation, infrastructure modernization, and process optimization. Germán brings experience managing large-scale projects from conception through to execution. His blend of technical knowledge and business acumen has enabled him to drive the adoption of innovative solutions to improve efficiency and patient outcomes. As a consultant, he has advised executives on digital strategy and asset management to meet strategic goals. With his engineering background and passion for technology, Germán has been at the forefront of healthcare digital transformation. He has led migrations to cloud platforms, deployment of AI/automation, and revamping of legacy systems. Germán brings the ideal expertise to guide organizations through digital and asset management change.

James Allsop
Principal James has 20 years of experience in the environmental field working on the delivery of major roads, rail, electricity transmission and distribution, and mining projects. James is a highly motivated and qualified Environmental Manager and has extensive construction experience. James has worked on both the client side and for principal contractors, including pre and post-approval roles. He is well versed in working with project delivery teams to manage environmental controls in the post-approval stage and during project delivery, driving towards positive project outcomes. James has significant experience managing and reshaping environmental teams within large organisations. He is often brought in to manage environmental teams through periods of change and restructures, helping to streamline the team and its processes to fit the business objectives and meet environmental requirements. Key projects that James has worked on includes environmental services for Sydney Metro (cumulative package value ~$200m), Paramatta Light Rail Stage 2 EIS and Environmental Management Representative for ConnectSydney.

Jordan Welsh
Senior Associate Jordan is a well-rounded commercial advisory professional in the renewable energy sector with over 10 years' experience in corporate and government roles. Jordan has demonstrated skills in project development, strategy and implementation, business cases and competitive tenders, investment decisions and transaction management, innovation funding, technical due diligence, stakeholder engagement and project management. Jordan has worked on a range of renewable energy technologies and projects including large scale wind, batteries, solar, hydrogen, distributed energy resources, microgrids, C&I precinct development, distribution networks and energy market reform. Some of Jordan's project highlights include providing technical due diligence advice for Sosteneo Infrastructure Partners to purchase the $400m Koorangie Energy Storage System, co-authoring 10 ARENA innovation funding applications valued at over $130m, managing a dozen ARENA innovation funding transactions valued at over $300m.

Lachlan Fox
Consultant Lachlan is an Environmental Science professional with experience in environmental compliance, reporting, and sustainability across large-scale transport infrastructure projects. With hands-on experience as an Undergraduate Environmental Advisor at a Tier 1 contractor, he has supported the preparation of key environmental documentation, including CEMPs, SSECs, SEPs, and ERAs, while ensuring alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements. Lachlan has contributed to the analysis of waste, water, and emissions data while collaborating with clients and project teams to identify environmental risks and implement effective mitigation measures. Lachlan is passionate about renewable energy and the transition to a low-carbon future and is committed to advancing sustainable infrastructure and achieving climate-positive outcomes.

Ludwig Golzar
Associate Ludwig has experience in the delivery of infrastructure projects from design management to commissioning and handover. His experience includes the development and management of scope and program for technical advisors and design professional service providers and commissioning and hand over of rail infrastructure. Recently, Ludwig was part of the Design Management and Planning teams for the complex $3.9B WestConnex 3b - Rozelle Interchange project. Ludwig has recently completed an MBA at UTS, Majoring in Business Law and Finance.

Mathew Capoulade
Principal Mathew is a seasoned asset management and operations leader with extensive experience in the energy sector. He has a strong background in strategic and tactical asset management, operations and maintenance, and business transformation within major electricity transmission and distribution networks. With leadership roles at Evoenergy and Ausgrid, Mathew has successfully driven safety culture improvements, workforce planning, and operational efficiencies. His expertise in risk-based decision-making and regulatory compliance ensures infrastructure meets industry, government, and community needs. Now a Principal at Qubist, he continues to provide expert guidance on asset management and operations improvement initiatives.

Osmond Chen
Principal Osmond is a result oriented commercial and infrastructure advisor with over 15 years’ experience delivering major projects across Australia and Southeast Asia. Recognised for his strategic insight, commercial acumen, and outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, Osmond guides projects through every phase, from front end strategic planning and business case formulation to procurement and delivery. He specialises in commercial advisory, procurement and transaction advisory, business case development, project assurance, and strategic impact assessments; all core competencies aimed at delivering efficiencies, mitigating risk, and ensuring sustainable commercial outcomes for clients in the transport, utilities, and water sectors. Paul Croke
Executive Consultant With over 30 years of experience in the Australian and UK, public and private construction industry, Paul led a portfolio valued in excess of $20 billion from 2018 to 2021 with projects including the WestConnex M4 East, WestConnex M8, NorthConnex tunnel, WestConnex M4-M5 Link, Rozelle Interchange, and the Sydney Gateway Project. Paul first joined Transport for NSW as a Project Director for the Tunnels and Station Civils Project for Sydney Metro and previously held senior roles in the City North Infrastructure (CNI) Executive team which was set up by Queensland Government to manage Brisbane's Airport Link and the Murphy Group, one of the UK’s largest privately owned construction companies.

Finance & Accounting Santiago is a Public Accountant with international experience across diverse industries, including retail, commodities trading, and agribusiness. He specializes in accounting and finance, delivering strategic insights and ensuring operational excellence.

Tania Ng
Associate Tania is an engineering professional who has diverse experience across the building, rail and road sectors in various project stages and disciplines, having worked across project delivery, commercial, sustainability, safety, and planning and project control roles. Her most recent experience was a Project Engineer at a Tier 1 Contractor at a live, major railway station which involved staging multiple seamless openings of the station to the public, stakeholder management, subcontractor management from design to delivery, procurement, and quality assurance. Tania has a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.

Adam Teusner

Alexander Madonna
Associate Alexander is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience working for Tier 1 contractor's delivering major multibillion dollar transport infrastructure projects. He has experience in design development and management within a multidisciplinary team, construction management, project delivery and stakeholder management. Alexander was recently a part of the Design Management and Tunnel Civil Fitout teams for the WestConnex 3B - Rozelle Interchange project. He was extensively involved in the coordination of multidisciplinary design packages, management of programs for deliverables and scope of works and commercial coordination. Alexander has a double degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business.

Charles Dack
Senior Associate Charles is an experienced Environmental Engineer with over 12 years of expertise in environmental management, compliance, and regulatory strategy across infrastructure, energy, government, and scientific sectors. He has led environmental initiatives on major rail, nuclear, and oil and gas projects, delivering strong outcomes in approvals, auditing, and stakeholder engagement. Charles brings deep knowledge of environmental legislation and ISO standards, with a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex compliance frameworks, and drive long-term environmental performance.

David Wilkinson
Principal David is a seasoned senior executive with experience in the electrical and transport sectors. During his career, David has led business units within major electrical businesses including Ausgrid and Evoenergy. He also led the development of key Asset Management decisions and investment requirements for the Sydney road network while working for Roads and Maritime Services (now TfNSW). As part of his previous roles, David directly led vertically integrated strategic, tactical, and operational business units with a focus on delivering end-to-end asset management requirements. He has provided expert guidance and input into investment decisions to deliver greater value to customers, and has developed and implemented Asset Management Systems which ensure infrastructure development meets the needs of business, government, and the community. His work has influenced policy development in national-level forums. David holds an MBA – Executive from UNSW and Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from the University of Newcastle.

Frances Hadrill
Advisor Frances is a civil engineer with a strong background in delivering major infrastructure projects working for a Tier 1 contractor in the UK. She has extensive experience in the water sector and has contributed to major projects such as London’s multibillion-pound Thames Tideway Tunnel and on the Welsh Water Framework. Her expertise includes the construction of civil structures, drainage, tunnelling, mechanical and electrical fit-out, as well as architectural and landscaping works. Frances has a proven ability to deliver innovative solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. She is adept at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, designers, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Frances has a master’s degree in civil engineering.

Hailey Clonts
Associate Hailey is a skilled project manager and Chartered Civil Engineer with experience delivering major infrastructure projects across transport, utilities, and water sectors. She brings a strong background in design and construction management, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement. She has held key project management roles on flagship transport projects including Sydney Metro City & Southwest and Sydney Metro West, where she managed multi-million dollar construction packages, coordinated complex stakeholder interfaces, and resolved technical and commercial aspects on all stages of the project from contract development through delivery and into operation.

Jerick Perez
Consultant Jerick is a motivated and solutions focused advisor with 3 years experience developing major energy assets across New South Wales and Queensland. His experience includes working across early project development, business case development and contractor management. With strong communication skills, he has worked on developing utility scale solar, wind and battery energy storage systems where he supported the project team from managing subcontractors, running RFT processes and to developing materials for external stakeholder engagement. Jerick holds a degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from the University of New South Wales.

Business Development Josefina is a Business Development professional with 5 years’ experience. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, and possesses vast experience in IT recruitment and commercial growth tools. She also has extensive experience in the AEC software development industry and, more recently, in engineering consulting.

Lee Levsen
Senior Associate Lee has extensive experience in the setup and delivery of D&C projects within the infrastructure and resources sectors. His expertise includes project delivery, commercial management, interface management, contract administration, procurement, project scheduling claims analysis, expert reports and mechanical engineering. His experience encompasses the delivery of roads and tunnels, major pipeline infrastructure projects for oil and gas clients, reverse osmosis plants including sea water and brackish water, waste water treatment facilities on a resort island and coal seam gas drainage projects for mining and energy clients. Amongst other things, Lee was the commercial and contract manager for WestConnex Stage 1B and 3A for Transurban valued at approximately $10B. Lee has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Commerce.

Luke Hughes
Senior Associate Luke has extensive advisory experience in the infrastructure and utilities sectors, including strategic PMO establishment, due diligence, regulatory support, governance, cost estimating, portfolio management and project delivery. Luke’s experience includes playing a key role in the Networks NSW Electricity privatisation process for NSW Treasury; a $20B+ energy asset transaction. Luke’s role involved detailed analysis and investigation into CAPEX and OPEX forecasts, review of project selection and prioritisation, business processes and controls, and business transformation. Recently he has also been involved in the establishment of a new PMO at Ausgrid focused on the efficient and effective delivery of capital and maintenance activities.

Maytas Sirivejchapun
Senior Associate Maytas is an experienced mega infrastructure professional with a Bachelors of Engineering and Commerce from the University of Sydney. He possess strong financial acumen, including first principle cost forecasting and negotiation capabilities with authorities and principal contractors. He has worked with government and multinational contractors, managing the development and delivery of complex infrastructure projects across various contract frameworks, including Design & Construct, Construct Only, Alliance, PPP, and Stewardship. He has successfully navigated with commercial challenges that come with each of these. He is a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience delivering NSW high profile mega projects. Working for Tier 1 contractors, Maytas has been involved in major projects in excess of $4b, such as NorthConnex, Pacific Highway Upgrade, Sydney Light Rail, and Inland Rail.

Pat Doyle
Principal Pat has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, having played pivotal roles in the development of major infrastructure projects such as motorways, tunnel projects and rail construction across Australia. He has previously held the roles of Executive General Manager Constructions, Macmahon Holdings; Executive General Manager – Major Projects, John Holland; Executive Director Construction, Baulderstone Hornibrook as well working on a number of iconic infrastructure projects with Leighton Contractors such as the Eastern Distributor, Sydney Harbour Tunnel and the M5 Tollroad. Pat’s experience and expertise includes company directorship, joint venture management, project management, construction management and project estimation. He has been active as an advisor in relation to contracting strategy, tender evaluation, due diligence reviews, analysis of global service providers, strategic options analysis, corporate change management and many other assignments.

Raymond Vo
Associate Raymond possesses a combined Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Civil) and Commerce (Finance). He has extensive experience delivering multi-billion dollar transport projects across NSW. He draws on a diverse technical background including finance and data processing to manage and deliver projects of any scale and nature. Raymond's experience includes unique, complex scope such as WestConnex 3B Temporary Works and Sydney Metro Tunnel and Station Excavation, working in extremely constrained locations.

Ashley Douglas
Executive Consultant Ashley is a senior executive who has held several executive roles in Tier 1 Contractors during his career. During his time at John Holland, Ashley has held key roles including General Manager – Pre-Contracts Group, Group Manager - Project Reviews and NSW/ACT Operations Manager. Ashley has provided DPE (formerly DPIE) expert review services on major projects, such as Dungowan Dam and Wyangala Dam Wall Raising projects, including provision of recommendations on how to improve proponent submissions. His experience also includes supporting iNSW with expert reviews as part of the Gateway review process.

Cherry Alom
Senior Consultant Cherry is a Chartered Civil Engineer with extensive experience in civil infrastructure, transport, and energy projects for Tier 1 design consultancies. She specialises in contract administration, risk assessment, design management, and stakeholder coordination. Her work spans offshore wind, energy storage, and major transport developments, where she ensures efficient project execution, risk mitigation, and effective collaboration. With a strong technical background and a strategic approach, Cherry plays a key role in delivering complex, high-impact projects.

Evan Mudge
Principal Evan is one of Australia’s leading advisors to gas and electricity networks with a strong record of providing valuable asset strategy and regulatory advice to Australian energy and infrastructure clients. He has held executive roles in Jemena, Energy Queensland and Tier 1 Consulting organisations. Evan has worked closely with the vast majority of Australian network businesses and regulators to prepare, optimise and review over 25 regulatory submissions and support major investment decisions, including expert reports on the AER’s approach to opex benchmarking, repex, regulatory depreciation and cost estimating methodologies. Evan has reviewed over $40b of investment in generation, contestability, network transactions and energy infrastructure (both buy and sell side), including the NSW Poles and Wires Transaction for NSW Treasury. Evan has formal qualifications in Engineering and Applied Finance.

Geoff Lilliss
Executive Consultant Geoff understands business at all levels and is especially focused on Leadership and Strategy , having held positions of Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, Executive General Manager, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Engineer and a variety of General Manager roles over his extensive career, primarily in the energy transmission and distribution industry. As the former head of the largest Australian Electricity Network business, Geoff was responsible for overall financial outcomes, reform of operations, contemporary asset management, an $8 billion investment program and a number of economic regulatory determinations. Geoff also has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, having held the role of Managing Director and CEO between 2010 and 2014 at Ampcontrol, one of Australia’s significant manufacturing organisations. In 2013 and 2014, he was recognised as one of Australia’s 100 most influential engineers, and recently was made an Honorary Fellow of IE Australia in recognition of his contribution to the profession.

Jack Hickman
Advisor Jack is a civil engineer experienced in Design Management, Commercial Management, and Project Management across the transport sector. Jack has coordinated multi-disciplinary teams, including environmental, utilities, flooding, roads, drainage, strategic business cases. His most recent experience as an acting Package Manager in a Tier 1 Design Firm involved managing and reviewing all design documentation, managing the program, identifying and reducing project risks, managing quality assurance and project control processes. Additionally, Jack has expertise in project commercial management, covering qualification, creation, and delivery of variations, creation of project baselines, forecasts, business cases, and cost estimates. Jack has previously been involved in projects such as Wakehurst Parkway Concept Design, Warringah Freeway Upgrade and Coffs Harbour Bypass. Jack has a Master of Professional Engineering from the University of Sydney.

Jim Livas
Executive Consultant Jim is a Water Professional and Executive leading water infrastructure businesses and contractors in Australia and globally. Jim specialises in Business Planning, Business Development and Project Delivery, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and management of complex multidisciplinary water treatment and transmission projects. Jim was an integral member of the John Holland Executive Water Leadership Team from 2012 to 2023. He has also previously been on various steering committees including the Broken Hill Pipeline Project Operation and Maintenance Contract ($400M DBOM) and Sydney Water Upper South Creek Project (DBOM ~ $700M).

Keeleigh Goldring
Advisor Keeleigh is a civil engineer with extensive experience in major infrastructure projects for Tier 1 contractors throughout Australia and the UK. Keeleigh’s expertise spans across energy, water, and transportation sectors. She has a robust background across the project lifecycle, including experience in project management, constructability, design management, and commercial administration. Keeleigh’s recent roles include pre-construction project management on the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone, and construction management of concrete structures in a live rail environment on High Speed 2 in the UK. Keeleigh has an integrated Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Exeter.

Lisa Granqvist
Senior Associate Lisa has worked with both government and private organisations across several industry sectors, including electricity transmission and distribution, water resources and utilities, and transport. She has extensive experience in providing advisory services relating to due diligence, business processes, business transformation, capital and operational works planning, program of works, governance and environment. Lisa played a key role as part of the technical advisor team for the technical due diligence of the Networks NSW Electricity Privatisation Process for NSW Treasury, a $20B+ energy asset transaction, as well as a key role in establishment of a new PMO and implementation of capital governance transformation initiatives at Ausgrid. Recent engagements include Senior Contract Manager on the M7-M12 Integration Project, Senior Commercial Manager – Concessions for Transurban’s NSW Assets team, and environmental advisor/coordinator for the Western Harbour Tunnel and Beaches Link Program EIS development.

Mark Warner
Executive Consultant Mark is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in project governance, financial management, and commercial strategy across infrastructure, construction, and contracting environments. A Certified Practicing Accountant, he specialises in project controls, risk mitigation, and program management. Mark has successfully led commercial and contract optimisation initiatives, PMO establishments, and strategic planning for major projects and organisations.

Michael Lesnie
Principal Michael has deep experience with large, multidisciplinary industrial and infrastructure construction projects. In his career spanning across Australia, Netherlands and Jamaica, he has served government agencies, as well as international organisations and their global portfolios. Michael specialises in project system design, project readiness reviews, risk analysis, quantitative project analysis and benchmarking. Michael has helped clients identify and implement targeted project and portfolio performance improvement initiatives. Michael holds an MBA from the New York University. He is currently undertaking research into how benchmarking techniques can provide evidenced based insights into drivers of cost efficiency for large programs.

Patrick Lovely
Executive Consultant Patrick is a highly experienced Project Director, Construction Director, and Commercial Lead with over 30 years' working for Tier 1 and 2 Contractors. He has worked in key positions for multi-billion, multidisciplined major projects across the civil infrastructure space. Patrick's experience lies on both the contractor and client side in both government and private sectors. He has worked across most contracting models and payment, giving him the ability to leverage this experience for effective project delivery. Patrick is adept with complex stakeholder management in a collaborative environment having held alliance management roles on a number of major programs of work with government clients.

Sam Turner
Associate Sam is a chartered engineer and infrastructure advisor with diverse experience across the public and private sectors. Sam's expertise spans Transport, Water, Energy and Mining where he has provided transaction and commercial advisory, project program portfolio management and technical engineering design. Sam's recent roles have included transaction advisory for the construction, operations and maintenance of a Hospital as a public-private partnership (PPP) in Fiji, transaction project management for a confidential energy acquisition (buy side) and delivery advisory for TMR's Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail.

Sue Kim
Consultant Sue is a Civil Engineering and Computer Science professional. She is interested in the transport engineering field. Her involvement in student societies at UNSW including Civil & Environmental Engineering Society (CEVSOC) and Engineers Without Borders has translated into her passion for civil management and advisory.

Warren Galbraith
Principal Warren is an experienced engineering and business professional with over 20 years’ experience operating at senior levels in the defence and aerospace sectors, and over 10 years’ experience as a management consultant. Warren specialises in providing strategic project management and commercial advice to clients, and the implementation of these strategies. Warren has executive level commercial operations experience from his time as GM Commercial for both Tenix and Hawker de Havilland. Other roles Warren has held previously includes Project Director for a $1.3 billion project to introduce the European Train Control System into NSW and Commercial Manager and Deputy Project Director for the Proyecto Minero Integrado, a $US5.5 billion Greenfields pit to port mining project in Colombia. Warren has an MBA from Melbourne Business School, specialising in corporate and project finance, and strategy, a BE (Elec) from the University of Canterbury, and post-graduate qualifications in systems engineering from the Royal Navy Engineering College.

Zoë Matheson
Executive Consultant Zoë is an Executive Consultant at Qubist with 27 years’ experience in the water industry in the UK, NZ, and Australia. Zoë has worked on a range of water infrastructure projects, including Beenyup Stage1, MCG Sewer mining project and Prospect WTP upgrades. Zoë has technical expertise in water, wastewater and recycled water treatment technologies. Zoë's experience spans the full project lifecycle from planning through design to commissioning and operational handover. Zoë has worked for construction partners and consultancies delivering projects under a range of contractual delivery models. Zoe has had a variety of roles throughout her career including lead process engineer, design manager and Head of Technical.
